Hi Bear, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
GoFastGirls was started by me nicknaming my daughters the “Go Fast Girls” because they race motocross in San Diego. Some friends of ours said, “you should think about making a t-shirt with that slogan on it”. That got my wife Kristen and I thinking about how we can combine our love for our daughters and our passion for racing and make it into a profitable business. We started looking into race apparel focused on women of all ages in motorsports and action sports and well, we found that there really wasn’t much out there for women.
So we thought it would be a great way to teach my girls about building a company from the ground up learning business fundamentals, networking, and sales, along with understanding the value of a dollar....
