"if you ain't first, you're last, Ricky Bobby"

Hi, my name is Kaylynn Floyd, I am 7 years old. I live in Wheelersburg, Ohio. I started racing go-karts in June 2020 when I was 6. In one season, I have 5 feature wins and finished 2nd in points at Wheelersburg Raceway becoming the Reserve Champion Rookie. I race an UltraMax Rival go-kart and I am number 99.

I race at my local track, Wheelersburg Raceway, every Friday and usually hit any track I can on Saturday too. I race at Tyler Mountain Kartway, J&M Motorsports, Liberty Indoor and traveled to South Carolina to race in The Big O.

I plan on stepping up my racing game for the 2021 season and racing as much as I can to get better. Hopefully I can pull off a Championship in the Rookie Class this year and make my way to Victory Lane more.

I have two older sisters that I look up to and they are great role models. I have a 15 year old Uncle that races too. Racing is more than just being on the track, spending so much time with my family is awesome. My entire family supports me at every race and when they can't be there in person, they watch on my moms Facebook Live Videos she posts. They always cheer for me, even when they know I can't hear them when I'm on the track.

I have a big personality and am well rounded in athletics. My hobbies include RACING, racing, and racing...and tumbling and barrel racing and TikTok. I love to dance and be myself. I always do a tiktok dance before I go on the track to get me pumped up!

My dad and I always say "if you ain't first, you're last, Ricky Bobby" before I get ready on the grid. My parents always remind me to be myself and do what I love. I like to live by the quote "march to the beat of your own drum" because if you're having fun, nothing else matters.
